  • Squats (loop band) x 20 reps
  • Side walking squats (band above the knees) (loop band) x 10 each way
  • Clam (loop band above the ankle) x 10 each leg
  • Side kickbacks (loop band above the knee) x 10 each leg
  • Lie down back kickbacks (loop band above the ankle) x 10 each leg

This is a circuit workout – repeat three times.
