I’m Monika, nutrition coach (as a side job) and I work full time in a demanding job. Years ago, I struggled with low energy, burnout, being overweight and staying consistent. Focusing on small, sustainable changes and creating lasting habits helped me find a way to better energy, balance, and a lifestyle I truly love.

Now, I’m here to share everything I’ve learned over the last 11 years. From practical nutrition tips to quick, effective fitness strategies, real-life habits, I’m all about helping busy people like you discover what works for your life.
