Fat burning exercises to do at home (10 min)

Fat burning workouts do not have take lots of time. Presented workout takes less than 10 minutes and can be a great way to keep burning fat if you lack time. This hiit style workout, if done consistently will be effective.

Take 1-2 minutes rest between series and repeat the series 2-5 times depending on your fitness level. Warm up by doing one round of exercises slow, cool down and stretch:
