Personal log – grateful to be back into training

I’ve been ill for the two weeks in December and I’m finally back in my workout gear and ready to workout. I’m so grateful to be back, to be able to walk again and workout to regain my strength. It will take some time, but it doesn’t matter. Life has its seasons and this past two weeks were all about taking time out, I know I can re-build from here.
I’m so grateful to feel alive again! Appreciate every moment of your life, you never know when it’s going away… Every day is a gift so treat it as such 🎁💪

PS. Yes, I spelled grateful incorrectly in the video. I guess we all make mistakes 😉
