In this coaching service you’ll receive two live chats with me. First one will be to help me learn about you, your goals, your struggles and your current schedule. We will agree on the start date and what it is that you’ll want to track for the coming 7 days. Last chat will be after you complete the 7 days coaching, to evaluate how well you did and the areas which may need improvement, to help you stick with it in the future.

One week of full accountability

In addition, you’ll be checking in with me several times a day to keep you on track and consistent so that you can create long lasting, healthy habits.
